After earning his nursing home administrator license, Jangir Sultan joined a PACE program, where he created programs for people with developmental disabilities, deafness, blindness, neurological conditions, and mental health needs. His work covered clinical care, admissions, staffing, regulatory compliance, insurance, and access to services, while helping people receive nursing-home-level care in their homes and communities..
