- Meet Jangir Sultan, Founder & CEO of Patient Advocates of America, a seasoned Patient Advocate with over 27 years of personalized healthcare experience. Born in Brooklyn and raised in England, Jangir's journey took an inspiring turn when, at age 10, he immersed himself in his heritage in the Himalayas. There, caring for his grandparents, he discovered purpose and passion, returning to the US with a determination to make a meaningful impact in eldercare.
- With a rich history spanning roles such as OT Manager, Regional Director of Rehabilitation, and Director of Specialty Programs, Jangir brings an unwavering commitment to exceptional care. Patient Advocates of America was born from this devotion, aiming to elevate healthcare into a realm centered on clients and delivering unparalleled quality.
- Jangir Sultan's educational background includes a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo, an M.S. in Advanced Athletic Training and Sports Sciences from Long Island University, and an Advanced Certificate in Gerontology from Long Island University. He is a licensed Occupational Therapist and a former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

- After a comprehensive assessment conducted by our dedicated care manager, a personalized care plan and set of goals will be crafted. During a collaborative discussion, you'll have the freedom to choose the methods and objectives that best align with your unique needs. Our care manager will work closely with you or your caregiver to refine the care plan and offer expert assistance to achieve the established goals.
